Suite à la demande des fans de voir réuni en un collector l'ensemble de la Communauté de l'Anneau, WETA propose ce superbe diorama en 3 parties représentant la Communauté de l'Anneau durant son long périple à travers la Terre du Milieu.
Cette première partie comprend Gandalf, Fredo et Legolas. La statue est en résine de qualité finie et peinte à la main, numérotée! Pièce sculptée d'après les dessins et images des artistes ayant travaillé sur la trilogie des "Seigneurs de l'Anneau".
La seconde partie de ce diorama sera proposée fin de cette année.

Leading this brave trek across wild and dangerous country is the Wizard Gandalf, wisest of his order and friend to Elves, Men and Dwarves. At his side is the ring bearer Frodo Baggins, a gentle spirited Hobbit far from the green swathed hills of The Shire. Though all the Fellowship’s members are sworn to protect and guide him in his quest, ultimately the burden of carrying this mighty weapon of the enemy is Frodo’s alone to shoulder. In Frodo’s service are the keen eyes and strong arms of the Elf prince Legolas of the Woodland Realm, an archer of great renown and integrity. The Elf’s hawk-sharp gaze scans the horizon, alert to threat and boon.
This is the first in a series of three Sets, which together make up the entire Fellowship of the Ring (all three Sets can be seen together, in the 3rd image on the left, showing all 9 members of the Fellowship and of course Bill, the pony). The first set includes the first 3 characters; Gandalf the Grey, Frodo Baggins and Legolas.
These three Sets have been created in response to ongoing collector requests for a diorama of the full Fellowship on their trek across Middle-earth. They have been sculpted at miniature scale (for those with limited shelf space) and are ideally suited to display alongside our iconic The Lord of the Rings environments like Rivendell and Bag End.
The height from the bottom of the base to the tip of Gandalf's hat is 5.5 inches (or 14cm). The base is 7.5 inches (or 19cm) long and 5.1 inches (or 13cm) wide. Frodo is just 3 inches (7.5cm) tall from his head to his toes.
The Fellowship of the Ring has been sculpted, molded, modeled and painted by a wide team of artists from Weta Workshop, who helped create the Trilogy. It is then reproduced in polystone resin, the material of choice for fine art details.

Hobbit will be here in a few months! At
Comic Con 2012 Weta confirmed the license and the production of collectors from the two films in the coming weeks with our partnership between Weta & LCDN you will able to explore these early objects available for pre-order!
